Telephone
I am highly trained in telephone counselling and have a wide range of experience, including time at both ChildLine and CGL STARS. There can be many benefits to working this way; it’s confidential, it’s intimate yet the client has full control. It’s whatever is most comfortable for you.
Online
I am trained in and utilise a range of online media meeting tools if you would prefer to meet online, and am currently also in placement at the UK’s largest online counselling service, Headstrong. Online working allows you to feel safe and secure in your own surroundings.
Face-to-face
In-person psychotherapy provides a unique experience, encompassing the visual cues and energy we all bring to meeting with another. We can meet in person at Chelmsford Therapy Rooms, a safe, calm space not far from the City centre…but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle.
